Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • ability to uphold integrity and recognize standards required by regulated business
  • age 18 years or older
  • pass background check
  • ability to work any day and shift including holidays and weekends
  • present a well-groomed appearance

Job Duties

  • Serves bartenders by providing information, tools, and supplies that assist overall department operation
  • stocks items before, during, and after shifts
  • assists servers and bartenders with cleaning, stocking, and other duties
  • delivers assistance to team with an upbeat, positive manner
  • maintains clean work area including cleaning spills, sweeping, mopping, and stocking
  • assists with room setup as needed including moving and setting up tables and equipment for nightclub
  • ensures delivery of exceptional guest service
  • acts as a role model to other employees and represents the organization positively
  • maintains par levels of operating supplies and equipment
  • checks orders for proper placement and expiration dates
  • rotates products to prevent spoilage
  • cleans and maintains carts, mats, floors, drains, and spills
  • follows health code standards when using chemicals
  • sets up sanitizing buckets for servers
  • manages trash bins and prevents overflow
  • assists with deep cleaning and maintenance of equipment and coolers
  • ensures all employees have necessary tools and supplies
  • demonstrates positive service behavior
  • follows standards for stocking and inventory
  • promotes customer events and programs
  • maintains professional appearance including uniform and name tag
  • assists servers and bartenders to ensure they have needed tools and items
