Job Requirements
- Obtain a TABC Certification
- Obtain a Food Handler’s Permit
- Basic computer skills for online scheduling
- Ability to wear proper uniform as per policy
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks during entire shift
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment

Job Duties

- Use basic computer skills for online scheduling system
- Wear proper uniform throughout entire shift
- Get ice for all wells before opening
- Prepare fruit trays and backups
- Restock bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, juices
- Check and change keg beer if necessary
- Collect trash cans and towels
- Ensure bar is clean before opening
- Collect empty glasses during shift
- Wash glassware during shift
- Wipe bar top constantly
- Restock items at the bar
- Assist bartender as needed
- Wash all glassware during closing
- Restock beer and liquor at closing
- Clean bar during closing
- Place dirty towels appropriately
- Dispose of trash and boxes
- Keep beer cooler clean and organized
- Perform tasks assigned by Manager on Duty
