Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry heavy items safely
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
- ensuring bartenders have clean towels and glassware
- deliver product and use transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
- clean, sanitize, and maintain appearance of workstations and guest service areas
- ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
- check taps and appliances to confirm proper working order and change out kegs
- keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
- maintain excellent guest service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers
- adhere to safety policies including proper food safety and sanitation
- ensure security of company assets
