Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull as required
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Assists with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
- Ensures bartenders have clean towels and glassware
- Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
- Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas
- Ensures bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
- Checks taps and appliances for proper working condition and changes out kegs
- Keeps the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, cleaning coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
- Maintains excellent guest service and a positive demeanor
- Adheres to company safety policies including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
