Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull as needed
- Willingness to wear uniform and personal protective equipment
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking garnishes, straws, and napkins
- Ensure bartenders have clean towels and glassware
- Deliver product and maintain inventory integrity using transfer sheets
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the appearance of workstations and guest areas
- Stock bar with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
- Check taps and appliances to ensure proper functionality and change out kegs
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar including wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing coolers, and emptying trash receptacles
- Maintain excellent guest service and a positive demeanor
- Adhere to safety policies including food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
