Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
Commitment to following food safety and sanitation standards

Previous café, bar, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and organization

Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Stock and replenish café supplies (milk, syrups, coffee beans, teas, ice, cups, lids, napkins, straws)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, café floor, and storage areas
Wash, sanitize, and restock glassware, dishes, and smallwares
Assist baristas with prep tasks such as cutting fruit, restocking dairy/alt milks, and organizing garnishes
Clear and wipe down tables, counters, and service areas as needed
Remove trash, recycling, and compost throughout the day
Support back-of-house with deliveries, storage, and inventory rotation
Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks (equipment wipe-downs, floors, drains, etc.)
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
