Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must tolerate extreme temperatures such as freezers and loading docks
- Flexible to work variable days including weekends and holidays
- Flexible to work variable shifts including days, nights and overnights
- Ability to work ten to twelve hour shifts
- Must be physically able to stand and move at a fast pace for the entire shift

- Previous guest-facing service experience
- Excellent organizational skills

Job Duties
- Deliver ice, stock glasses and service outlets during the shift as needed
- Ensure outlets have items and materials needed to operate efficiently
- Wash glasses in the glass room by operation of washing machine
- Deliver passionate and engaging service to guests
- Build solid relationships with colleagues
- Treat colleagues with respect and dignity
- Work in other areas of the hotel as assigned to assist operations
