Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures such as freezers and loading docks
- Flexibility to work variable days including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work long shifts including nights and overnights
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees

- Previous front facing guest service experience required
- Must read, write and speak English fluently
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Deliver ice, stock glasses and service outlets during the shift as needed
- Ensure outlets have items and materials needed to operate efficiently
- Wash glasses in the glass room by operation of washing machine
- Deliver passionate and engaging service to guests
- Build solid relationships with colleagues
- Treat colleagues with respect and dignity
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
