Job Requirements

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
majority of work takes place indoors
must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures such as freezers and loading docks
flexible to work variable days of the week including weekends and holidays
flexible to work variable shifts including days, nights and overnights
able to work ten to twelve hour shifts sometimes required

Job Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
able to work quickly without compromising quality
ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to guests, managers and fellow employees
must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
previous front facing guest service experience required
must read, write and speak the English language fluently
ensure overall guest satisfaction

Job Duties

Deliver ice, stock glasses and service outlets during the shift as needed
ensure outlets have items and materials needed to operate efficiently
wash glasses in the glass room by operation of washing machine
deliver passionate and engaging service to guests
build solid relationships with colleagues
treat colleagues with respect and dignity
perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including working in other areas of the hotel to assist operations
consistently deliver the GUEST model by greeting everyone warmly, using eye and ear contact and guest names, establishing and anticipating needs, solving and owning all requests and complaints, and thanking everyone
