Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift heavy items such as kegs and cases of liquor
  • must comply with all state and local alcohol service laws
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
  • willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols

  • Prior barback or restaurant experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Stocking and restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes throughout each event
  • bar setup and breakdown including preparing before service and cleaning after shifts
  • supporting bartenders by responding to requests such as fetching ingredients, replacing kegs, and disposing of empty bottles
  • managing glassware by collecting and washing and handling trash removal
  • safely changing beer kegs and maintaining draft line cleanliness
  • assisting guests with basic requests like retrieving napkins or directing them to bartenders
  • following venue policies, health codes, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
