Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • ability to follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • excellent attendance record
  • legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner
  • possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations
  • ability to calculate basic math functions related to product inventory
  • ability to speak, read and write in English
  • experience working in a fast-paced, high volume bar capacity preferred

Job Duties

  • stock products for the bar including non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, icing wells
  • sweep and mop the bar
  • move kegs in and out of keg coolers and tap kegs
  • draft beer and pour wine for guest orders
  • run supplies for bartenders backing up fruit, napkins, cups, utensils and stirrers
  • restock concession stands
  • ensure location equipment is operable and clean prior to events
  • maintain cleanliness of bar and surrounding areas using sanitation procedures
  • recognize guests that are visibly intoxicated and notify bartenders
  • maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
  • demonstrate excellent attendance
