Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- ability to follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- excellent attendance record
- legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner
- possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations
- ability to calculate basic math functions related to product inventory
- ability to speak, read and write in English
- experience working in a fast-paced, high volume bar capacity preferred
Job Duties
- stock products for the bar including non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, icing wells
- sweep and mop the bar
- move kegs in and out of keg coolers and tap kegs
- draft beer and pour wine for guest orders
- run supplies for bartenders backing up fruit, napkins, cups, utensils and stirrers
- restock concession stands
- ensure location equipment is operable and clean prior to events
- maintain cleanliness of bar and surrounding areas using sanitation procedures
- recognize guests that are visibly intoxicated and notify bartenders
- maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- demonstrate excellent attendance
