Job Requirements
- Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to calculate basic math functions related to inventory management
- Prior experience in a high volume bar environment preferred
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as moving kegs and cleaning

- Ability to work in a team-oriented fast-paced event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees co-workers management staff and guests in a clear business-like and respectful manner
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations
- Ability to calculate basic math functions including addition subtraction multiplication division and percentages related to product inventory
- Ability to speak read and write in English
- Experience working in a fast-paced high volume bar capacity preferred
Job Duties
- Stocking products for the bar including non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, icing wells, sweeping and moping the bar, moving kegs in and out of keg coolers, tapping kegs, drafting beer and pouring wine for guest orders, running supplies for bartenders including fruit, napkins, cups, utensils and stirrers, assuring location equipment is operable and clean prior to events, maintaining cleanliness of bar and surrounding areas using sanitation procedures, recognizing guests who are visibly intoxicated and notifying bartenders, maintaining sanitation health and safety standards in work areas, demonstrating excellent attendance
