Job Requirements

Must be 21 or older
ability to climb, lift, reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 40 pounds
ability to stand for up to 8 hours in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments
must be available primarily on weekends, some holidays, and evenings
willingness to work a flexible and physically demanding schedule

Job Qualifications

Must be 21 or older
prior craft beer or bartending experience preferred
self-motivated team player
good problem-solving and communication skills
hospitality mindset
willingness to learn about beer and share knowledge
proactive in improving guest experience
flexible schedule primarily on weekends, holidays, and evenings
ability to work at least 3 weekends a month
ability to demonstrate Monday Night Brewing values

Job Duties

Ensure guests have an excellent experience with products and service
complete opening and closing checklists for bar, dining, common areas, and patio
clean and stock glassware and bar equipment
keep taproom clean and clear of trash
prepare snack items and garnishes to specification
monitor taproom for potential problems and inform manager on duty
help with taproom side work and deep cleaning tasks
