Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bar service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- effective communication skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- work with the bar to facilitate the smooth flow of service to customers by the bartender/server
- perform the service of replenishing bar stock, lounge upkeep, and assisting with any food issues
- responsible for cleaning tables/bar and ensuring condiments are stocked
- check and maintain the required par levels and maintain cleanliness on assigned station
- obtain replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures - lifting boxes and kegs of beer
- assist bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests special requests, and during busy times icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks
- address concerns and questions
