- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bar or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- physically able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- receives all liquor, beer and wine deliveries from storerooms
- replenishes liquor, beer and wine in the bar as needed throughout the shift
- retrieves food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area
- retrieves beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar
- sets up bottles on the bar with top shelf liquor on back shelf
- ensures beer taps are working properly
- stocks bar snacks and supplies such as napkins
- assists in opening and closing side work
- buses tables in bar area
- maintains cleanliness of bar and lounge areas including washing tables, walls, refrigerators and floors
- removes rubbish from receptacles
- prepares and serves beverages to assist bartenders
- performs other duties as assigned
