- must be able to be licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board

Job Duties
- Stock all beer coolers, keep all coolers clean and organized
- stock all back up supplies
- stock all glassware
- wash all glassware as needed
- keep all ice bins full
- breakdown all empty boxes and take to compactor
- boarding ramp glass holders are to be emptied and cleaned every hour
- replace all empty liquor bottles, all bottles must have a "BERG" heat seal attached
- any bottles without a seal must be returned to the liquor room
- set up and break down glass washing machine, ensure there is detergent, sanitizer and ultra dry
- assist bartender when needed
