Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Prior craft beer or barbacking or expediting experience preferred
  • Team player that is self-motivated with good problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests
  • Flexible schedule primarily on weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to work at least 3 weekends a month
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds frequently
  • Ability to use repetitive motions and work in hot and cold environments
  • Must adhere to safety practices at all times

Job Duties

  • Ensure guests have an excellent experience from entering to leaving
  • Responsible for opening and closing checklists for the bar, dining, common areas, and patio
  • Cleaning and stocking glassware and bar equipment
  • Keep taproom clean and clear of trash
  • Maintain keg cooler clean, neat, and organized with proper rotation
  • Safely prep snack items to specification
  • Monitor taproom for potential problems and inform manager on duty
  • Juice and garnish prep
  • Help complete taproom side work and deep cleaning tasks
  • Stock bar with glassware, supplies, alcohol, and fresh beer
  • Assist with cleaning taproom including seating areas, restrooms, bar areas, patios, parking lot
