Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Prior craft beer or barbacking or expediting experience preferred
- Team player that is self-motivated with good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests
- Flexible schedule primarily on weekends and some holidays
- Ability to work at least 3 weekends a month
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to use repetitive motions and work in hot and cold environments
- Must adhere to safety practices at all times

Job Duties
- Ensure guests have an excellent experience from entering to leaving
- Responsible for opening and closing checklists for the bar, dining, common areas, and patio
- Cleaning and stocking glassware and bar equipment
- Keep taproom clean and clear of trash
- Maintain keg cooler clean, neat, and organized with proper rotation
- Safely prep snack items to specification
- Monitor taproom for potential problems and inform manager on duty
- Juice and garnish prep
- Help complete taproom side work and deep cleaning tasks
- Stock bar with glassware, supplies, alcohol, and fresh beer
- Assist with cleaning taproom including seating areas, restrooms, bar areas, patios, parking lot
