Job Requirements
- Prior bar back, bar, or restaurant support experience preferred but not required
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
- ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server Permit required or ability to obtain upon hire
- must be of legal age to serve liquor in State of Utah

Job Duties
- Stock and restock bar inventory including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
- prepare garnishes, juices, syrups, and other bar prep items according to standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations, storage areas, coolers, and service wells
- change kegs, replace CO2 tanks, and monitor draft systems as needed
- assist bartenders during peak service periods by running supplies, clearing glassware, and maintaining workflow
- wash and polish glassware and bar tools
- remove trash and recycling and maintain proper sanitation standards
