Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages
- Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of bar area
- Ensure all glassware and utensils are washed and polished
- Restock liquor, beer, and wine as needed
- Assist with inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly attending to guests' needs
