Job Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs consistently and 70 lbs occasionally

Job Duties
- Assists with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
- ensures bartenders have clean towels and glassware
- delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
- cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas
- ensures bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
- checks taps and appliances to ensure they are working properly and changes out kegs
- keeps the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
- maintains excellent guest service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers
- adheres to safety policies including proper food safety and sanitation
- ensures security of company assets
