Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
physical ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift heavy objects
prior experience in hospitality preferred
willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
strong work ethic
good interpersonal skills

Job Duties

As the bartenders’ extra set of hands, your job as bar-back is to support anything and everything behind the bar
You’ll be responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service and providing go-to support for all your bartenders' needs
There's potential opportunity for growth as many bartenders start as bar-backs
