- reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- must be at least 18 years of age

- must be at least 18 years of age
- previous experience in bar support or hospitality preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- basic knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
- ability to handle alcohol responsibly
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand or walk 100 percent of the shift
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and manage intoxicated guests
- follow portion guidelines to control cost and maximize guest experience
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by timely responses and prebussing
- work quickly and efficiently adhering to 'full hands in, full hands out'
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- stock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintain bottle and keg beer pars and requisition sheets
- keep bar areas clean
- empty trash and spot sweep as needed
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes and close
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown
- assist in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
- assist in party setup and bar inventories
- participate in incentives and contests
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships to support morale and productivity
