Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and cooking equipment
- ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control while maximizing the guest experience
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining nonalcoholic drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
- work quickly and efficiently adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
