Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and cooking equipment
  • ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
  • ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
  • keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
  • create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
  • follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
  • follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control while maximizing the guest experience
  • ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining nonalcoholic drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
  • work quickly and efficiently adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
