Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Capability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of alcohol awareness and safety procedures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- Follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control while maximizing guest experience
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining nonalcoholic drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
- Work quickly and efficiently adhering to "Full hands in, Full hands out" philosophy
- Deliver food to tables and ensure the guests have everything they need
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Responsible for stocking bars with all garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- Maintain all bottle and keg beer pars during and after shift
- Maintain requisition sheets
- Ensure bar areas remain clean
- Empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it or when a manager requests
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
- Perform opening/closing responsibilities, including party breakdown/duties
- Assist in cleanliness and organization of all bar storage areas
- Assist in party setup of bars
- Assist in bar inventories as requested by management
- Participate in all incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand
- Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness
