Job Requirements
- must be at least the minimum age for serving or handling alcohol as per local regulations
- be available to work various shifts including days, nights, and or weekends as needed
- able to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds
- able to stand or walk for the entire duration of the shift
- capable of reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, and wiping down surfaces to maintain cleanliness
- able to understand and communicate instructions effectively
- able to thrive in a busy, loud, and fast-paced environment
- be approachable and maintain a friendly demeanor even during busy times
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment is a plus
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic knowledge of bar operations and terminology
- ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks
- must be at least the minimum legal age for handling alcohol as required by local regulations
- capability to maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor during busy times
Job Duties
- plays a crucial role in delivering top-notch drink service that complements our food and games, contributing to an atmosphere of all-out fun for our guests
- keeps the bartender and immediate supervisor informed about any low stock, spills, or equipment issues, taking immediate action or suggesting solutions
- provides efficient support by promptly restocking bar supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring ice bins are full, helping to minimize wait times for guests
- maintains a positive and helpful attitude while assisting the bartenders and anticipating their needs during busy periods
- assists with guest requests by relaying information to the bartender and ensuring the bar area is clean and organized for a positive guest experience
- supports the bartender by retrieving ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items quickly and efficiently
- ensures empty glasses are collected and the bar area is kept tidy throughout service
