Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months previous food and beverage service experience required
  • Necessary training to recognize potentially intoxicated guests
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and nights
  • Must be 21 years old to apply
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
  • Must maintain Pauma Gaming Commission License

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of previous food and beverage service experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
  • Must be at least 21 years old

Job Duties

  • Stock bars with liquor, wine, beer, ice, water, soda, paper supplies, and food to bars
  • Assist bartender with food preparation and bar stocking
  • Rotate bar products regularly
  • Clean bar area using authorized chemicals and follow manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar work areas, equipment and utensils
  • Greet guests in a friendly and positive manner
  • Upsell and deliver both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages effectively
