Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months previous food and beverage service experience required
- Necessary training to recognize potentially intoxicated guests
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and nights
- Must be 21 years old to apply
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
- Must maintain Pauma Gaming Commission License
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of previous food and beverage service experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Duties
- Stock bars with liquor, wine, beer, ice, water, soda, paper supplies, and food to bars
- Assist bartender with food preparation and bar stocking
- Rotate bar products regularly
- Clean bar area using authorized chemicals and follow manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar work areas, equipment and utensils
- Greet guests in a friendly and positive manner
- Upsell and deliver both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages effectively
