Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a class 12 Mixologist permit
- must be able to obtain a food handle permit
- ability to operate a P.O.S system
- basic math skills
- ability to work within time constraints, stay on task and follow directions
- excellent guest service skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- pass NRWC pre-employment testing
- ability to work peak business hours
- ability to obtain a class II Gaming license
- able to stand and/or walk for long periods
- able to bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- able to reach with hands and arms
- ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment

Job Duties
- Assist bartender with stocking
- mix beverages
- pour beer
- clean up bar area
- tend to guests
- refill ice bins
- replace kegs
- cut garnishes
- stock beer, wine, liquor
- clear away and wash glassware
- clean bar, work area, tables, and equipment
- give breaks to bartenders
- mix and serve drinks as required
- cover shifts due to business needs
- stock and organize all bar product
- perform other duties as assigned
