Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in hot and cold environments including freezers and near cooking equipment
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced and distracting conditions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about the facility and stand for long periods
- able to walk or stand 100 percent of the shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through excellent food, drinks, and games
- keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and assess guest behavior
- adhere to portion guidelines for cost control
- ensure guest satisfaction by timely responding to needs and maintaining drink levels
- work efficiently following the 'full hands in, full hands out' philosophy
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything needed
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
- stock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintain bottle and keg beer pars and requisition sheets
- keep bar areas clean
- empty trash and spot sweep floors as needed
- restock and prepare supplies for shift changes and closing
- perform opening and closing duties, including party breakdown
- assist in cleanliness and organization of bar storage
- support party setup of bars
- assist in bar inventories as requested
- participate in incentives and contests promoting sales and brand
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships to foster cooperative and efficient work climate
- be at least 18 years old
