Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age

- frequently reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or bar support roles beneficial
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- keeps supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- creates a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follows alcohol awareness procedures and monitors guest behavior
- adheres to portion guidelines for cost control
- maintains guest satisfaction by clearing clutter, pre-bussing, and responding to needs
- works efficiently following 'full hands in, full hands out' philosophy
- delivers food to tables ensuring guest needs
- maintains safety and sanitation policies
- stocks bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- manages bottle and keg beer pars
- keeps bar areas clean
- empties trash and spot sweeps
- restocks and prepares supplies for shifts
- performs opening and closing responsibilities
- assists in bar storage cleanliness and organization
- helps with party setups
- participates in bar inventories
- engages in sales incentives and contests
- assists other team members as needed
- fosters a cooperative and high morale work climate
- adheres to age requirement of at least 18 years
