Job Duties
- Interact with guests and staff members professionally and positively
- assist the bar staff in filling ice wells and stocking liquor bottles
- ensure beer bottles, wine, and cordials are stocked
- refill and date mixers, juices, and syrups
- cut fruit and other garnishes and set up the bar
- empty bus tubs and prebus the bar top
- make batch cocktails according to recipes and understand the batch system
- arrive on time and ready to work in proper uniform
- use juicing machines safely and ensure bar pars are met
- follow directions from management and bartenders
- possess extensive knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions
- obtain and update required certifications
- set up and break down the bar area before and after shifts
- clean floors, bar tops, and wells
- empty trash cans and wash dishes using the bar machine
