Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and or weekends as required
- ability to work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- prior experience in a hospitality or bar environment is preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- basic knowledge of food and beverage safety standards
- ability to follow alcohol awareness and intoxication prevention procedures
- physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
- attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- willingness to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
- basic math and record-keeping skills
- enthusiasm for providing excellent guest service
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- assess guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a manager
- follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control while maximizing the guest experience
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining nonalcoholic drink levels, removing clutter, prebussing as necessary and responding to guest needs in a timely manner
- work quickly and efficiently adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- deliver food to tables and ensure the guests have everything they need
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- stock bars with all garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintain all bottle and keg beer pars during and after shift and maintain requisition sheets
- ensure bar areas remain clean
- empty trash and spot sweep whenever floor needs it or when a manager requests
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- assist in cleanliness and organization of all bar storage areas
- assist in party setup of bars
- assist in bar inventories as requested by management
- participate in all incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand
- assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate and help keep high morale, productivity, and efficiency effectiveness
