Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in hot and cold environments such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- deliver unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- follow portion guidelines for cost control
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, and prebussing
- work efficiently adhering to food handling philosophy
- deliver food to tables and ensure guest needs
- adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- stock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintain bottle and keg beer pars
- keep bar areas clean
- empty trash and spot sweep as requested
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown
- assist in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
- assist in party setups and bar inventories
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain cooperative working relationships with team members
