Job Duties
- Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom and replenishes the bar
- Retrieves food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area
- Retrieves beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and restocks the bar
- Sets up bottles on bar with top shelf liquor on back shelf
- Ensures beer taps are functioning properly
- Places bar snacks on counter and maintains supplies like snacks and napkins
- Assists with opening and closing side work
- Buses tables and maintains cleanliness of the bar and lounge areas
- Helps ensure cleanliness by washing tables, walls, refrigerators, floors and sweeping and mopping service areas
- Removes rubbish from receptacles
- Prepares and serves beverages to assist bartenders
- Performs other assigned duties as needed
