Job Duties

  • Stock ice for all drink wells
  • Stock glassware
  • Stock juice, liquor, beer and wine
  • Cut and stock fruit and garnishes for drinks
  • Change out kegs
  • Wipe down bar tops, counters and tables
  • Collect dirty glassware and dishes
  • Empty trash cans
  • Maintain clean and orderly service areas and complete side work duties
  • Comply with established safety and sanitation standards
  • Adhere to company policies and standard procedures
