Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods
- good physical condition
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- basic math skills
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow instructions carefully
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good teamwork and communication skills
- knowledge of bar operations and drink preparation a plus
- physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items repeatedly
- basic knowledge of health and safety standards
Job Duties
- setting up the bar
- getting ice for all the wells
- prepare fruit and garnishes
- stocking the bar and the bar coolers
- restocking bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, juices, etc
- rotating the product in the coolers, FIFO
- check the draught beers and changing kegs
- maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all bar walk-ins
- taking out the bar trash
- cleanliness, wiping tables, washing glassware
- assisting the bartenders with anything that they need
- all duties on the closing check list
