Job Requirements
- Detail oriented with strong communication skills and work ethic
- Team oriented with a strong sense of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while being positive, respectful, professional and having a genuine attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and easily maneuver plates, cases of water, chairs, linen and dining room tables
- State required serving age (varies by state)
- TABC Certification, as required
- Certified for food and alcohol service as is required by State and Local Agencies

Job Duties
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the bar and service areas
- Assist servers, bartenders and hosts when needed and understands food descriptions and ingredients of menu items
- Run food from the kitchen to guest tables after ensuring each course is complete and accurate
- Run beverages from the bar to guest tables and ensure beverages are always full
- Remove used dishes and silverware from guest tables between courses and after guests leave the table
- Communicate with server, bartenders and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and guest service
- Maintain cleanliness of all tables and chairs in assigned service area and resets vacated tables
- Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
