Job Requirements

- ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures
- ability to work in noisy and fast-paced environments

- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time

- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication
- follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery and responding to guest needs
- work quickly and efficiently adhering to the "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- stock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintain bottle and keg beer pars during and after shift
- maintain requisition sheets
- ensure bar areas remain clean
- empty trash and spot sweep floors as needed
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change and closing
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown
- assist in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
- assist in party setup of bars
- assist in bar inventories as requested by management
- participate in incentives and contests driving sales and promoting the brand
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with all company team members to promote cooperation and high morale
