Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand and move around for entire shift
- ability to work in diverse temperature environments
- ability to perform cleaning duties such as mopping and sweeping
- adherence to company policies and safety procedures
- must comply with alcohol serving guidelines
- reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication
- ensure portion control to maximize guest experience
- maintain guest satisfaction by timely response and pre-bussing
- work efficiently with full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests' needs are met
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
- stock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintain bottle and keg beer pars during and after shift
- ensure bar areas remain clean
- empty trash and spot sweep as needed
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- assist in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
- assist in party setup of bars
- assist in bar inventories as requested
- participate in incentives and contests driving sales
- assist other team members when needed
- maintain favorable working relationships to promote cooperative and harmonious climate
