Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- capacity to work in hot and cold environments such as freezers and near cooking equipment
- ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distractions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- stand or walk for 100 percent of the shift
- reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- experience working in fast-paced food or beverage service environments preferred
- knowledge of alcohol awareness and safety procedures
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- basic math skills for portion control and inventory
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- ability to engage positively with guests to enhance their experience
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective action
- create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and assess guest behavior
- adhere to portion guidelines for cost control
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery and maintaining drink levels
- work efficiently following "full hands in, full hands out" philosophy
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have what they need
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- stock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintain bottle and keg beer pars and requisition sheets
- keep bar areas clean
- empty trash and spot sweep floors as needed
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- assist in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
- assist in party setup of bars
- assist in bar inventories as requested
- participate in incentives and contests to drive sales and promote the brand
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships to promote a cooperative and harmonious work climate
