Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items such as kegs, boxes, and trays
  • ability to stand and move continuously throughout the shift
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • adherence to all hotel policies and procedures
  • basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Assist bartenders with bar setup and breakdown, ensuring all tools and supplies are in place
  • maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment throughout the shift
  • replenish bar stock including liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, linens, and ice
  • remove trash and maintain waste disposal areas
  • restock coolers and refrigerators with wine, beer, and other beverages
  • set up bar snacks and prepare ingredients for mixed drinks
  • handle keg setup and ensure proper storage of used kegs
  • complete assigned side work and station duties
  • support inventory management by assisting with beverage counts and restocking
  • ensure bar and lounge areas remain clean and guest-ready during and after service
  • follow all sanitation and safety protocols, including personal hygiene and food safety standards
  • adhere to cash handling and check control procedures when applicable
