Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality or bar experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a bar back or in a similar hospitality role highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of bar equipment and maintenance
- Good communication skills and ability to work seamlessly with bartenders
- Familiarity with beverage menus and brand standards
Job Duties
- Keep eyes on critical supplies including ice, juice, syrups/mixers, spirits, glassware, bar top cleanliness
- Anticipate stock needs during shifts to prevent shortages
- Understand bar equipment operation and troubleshoot issues like low CO2 in tap lines, dishwasher cycling, changing beer keys
- Maintain cleanliness of bar top, bar back, waste bins, and floors
- Possess thorough knowledge of menu and beverage offerings along with brand vision and quality standards
