Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
- ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- capability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs occasionally
- ability to perform repetitive bending, reaching, stooping, and wiping
- must maintain courteous and professional communication
- willingness to work flexible hours including late nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- organizational or prioritizing skills
- multi-task oriented
- knowledge of bar operations beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- Prep bar ingredients made in house (e.g. simple syrups, sweet and sour)
- prep/cut and stock all garnishes (e.g. limes, lemons, oranges, mint, cucumbers, celery, etc)
- restock liquor, beer, mixers, and syrups as needed
- clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment/restock glassware from the dishwasher
- remove recycling full of empty bottles
- change and remove garbage
- remove bus tubs with dishes and bring them to the dishwashing area
- stock ice
- clean bars, work areas and tables
- put the chairs up on the bar and in the bar area
- other duties as directed
