Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- recent experience in the restaurant or bar field preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- no felony, theft, or stealing convictions
- ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background investigation
- ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- ability to obtain a Food Handlers card
- ability to obtain TIPS certification
- ability to communicate, read and write clearly in basic English
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds
- flexibility to work evenings, holidays, graveyards, and weekends
- willingness to work in a high noise level and exposure to second-hand smoke environment
- ability to follow instructions and work in a stressful and busy environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- recent experience in the restaurant or bar field preferred

- ability to demonstrate outstanding guest service at all times
- knowledge of bar maintenance operations and guest service
- knowledge of bar items and liquor pricing
- knowledge of Title 4 Arizona liquor law regarding alcohol service and enforcement
- knowledge of cash handling
- knowledge of internal controls and commitment to follow consistently
- ability to perform in a professional appearance and manner
Job Duties
- Transport beer and products to the bar from stored location
- ensure tribal, city, state and federal health/food safety codes are upheld
- maintain a clean, organized and sanitized work area
- operate the keg systems and replace empty beer kegs
- stock liquor, beer and bar supplies continually
- follow all Title 4 Arizona liquor law
- follow all internal controls of the casino
- empty trash and maintain cleanliness of bar area
- communicate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, professional work environment
- maintain proper attendance according to casino policy
- contribute to team efforts to accomplish related results
- serve guests in a responsive, caring, prompt and courteous manner
- respond to guest requests
- demonstrate an outgoing personality
- consistently follow standard service techniques
- monitor guests for intoxication and follow proper procedures if observed
- have knowledge of food and beverage outlets/casino promotions and inform guests when asked
- work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of service
