Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 1 year of previous related experience preferred
- ability to work flexible full-time schedule including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- availability to work AM and PM shifts as scheduled
- willingness to follow company policies and maintain a drug-free workplace
- ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

- basic knowledge of beverage service and bar operations

Job Duties
- Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom on a daily basis and as needed
- replenishes all liquor, beer and wine in the bar throughout the shift
- retrieves needed food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area
- retrieves beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar
- sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf
- ensures beer taps are working properly
- places appropriate bar snacks on counter and keeps supplies stocked
- assists in opening and closing side work
- buses tables in bar area
- helps maintain cleanliness and tidiness of bar and lounge
- washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment
- sweeps and mops service areas
- removes rubbish from all receptacles
- prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender
- performs other duties as assigned
