Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- ability to work in hot and cold environments including freezers and around cooking equipment
- ability to work in noisy and fast-paced environments
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand and move about the facility for long periods
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks, and games
- keeps immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters
- creates a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follows alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and manage intoxicated guests
- follows portion guidelines to ensure cost control and maximize guest experience
- ensures ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after food delivery and responding promptly to guest needs
- works quickly and efficiently adhering to the full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- delivers food to tables and ensures guests have everything they need
- adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies
- stocks bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintains bottle and keg beer pars during and after shift
- ensures bar areas remain clean
- empties trash and performs spot sweeps as needed
- restocks and prepares supplies for shift changes and closing
- performs opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown
- assists in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
- assists in bar inventories as requested
- participates in incentives and contests driving sales and promoting the brand
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains a cooperative and harmonious working environment
