Job Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years

Job Duties

  • Stock ice for all drink wells
  • stock glassware
  • stock juice, liquor, beer and wine
  • cut and stock fruit and garnishes for drinks
  • change out kegs
  • wipe down bar tops, counters and tables
  • collect dirty glassware and dishes
  • empty trash cans
  • maintain clean and orderly service areas and complete side work duties
  • comply with established safety and sanitation standards
  • adhere to company policies and standard procedures
