Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- ability to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- ability to work in noisy, fast-paced, and distracting environments
- ability to read and write handwritten notes
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods
- ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

- previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and suggest corrective actions
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and assess guest behavior to notify management when needed
- follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control while maximizing the guest experience
- check back with guests after delivery of food, maintain nonalcoholic drink levels, remove clutter, and respond timely to guest needs
- work quickly and efficiently adhering to full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- stock bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins
- maintain bottle and keg beer pars during and after shift and maintain requisition sheets
- ensure bar areas remain clean
- empty trash and spot sweep when needed or requested by a manager
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change and close
- perform opening/closing responsibilities including party breakdown/duties
- assist in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas
- assist in party setup of bars
- assist in bar inventories as requested by management
- participate in incentives and contests driving sales and promoting the brand
- assist other team members as needed or when business demands dictate
- maintain favorable working relationships with all company team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate
