Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
- Ability to walk and stand during entire shift
- Capability to remain stationary for long periods
- Ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe
- Frequently lift or carry up to 15 lbs
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 35 lbs
- Frequent washing of hands
- Awareness of hazards such as slipping and tripping
- Prior experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred

- Multi-task oriented
Job Duties
- Prep bar ingredients made in house (e.g. simple syrups, sweet and sour)
- Prep, cut and stock all garnishes (e.g. limes, lemons, oranges, mint, cucumbers, celery, etc)
- Restock liquor, beer, mixers, and syrups as needed
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Restock glassware from the dishwasher
- Remove recycling full of empty bottles
- Change and remove garbage
- Remove bus tubs with dishes and bring them to the dishwashing area
- Stock ice
- Clean bars, work areas and tables
- Put the chairs up on the bar and in the bar area
- Other duties as directed
