Job Requirements
- Be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout shifts
- Willingness to perform physically active tasks
- Demonstrated endurance to maintain pace during long shifts
- Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork mentality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus but not required
- Strong team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and player-focused approach
- Legal serving age and relevant beverage service certifications where required
Job Duties
- Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed to keep the energy high and drinks flowing
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to ensure smooth drink service
- Collaborate with bartenders and playmakers to ensure efficient service
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to keep the bar clean and compliant
- Uphold Topgolf's core values by providing exceptional player experiences and supporting team members
