Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
- ability to stand and walk during entire shift
- ability to remain stationary for long periods of time
- ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe
- ability to frequently lift/carry up to 15 lbs
- ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 35 lbs
- willingness to work flexible hours including late nights
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Qualifications

- organizational or prioritizing skills
- multi-task oriented
- ability to communicate graciously with clients and staff
- experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is a plus
Job Duties
- Prep bar ingredients made in house (e.g. simple syrups, sweet and sour)
- prep/cut and stock all garnishes (e.g. limes, lemons, oranges, mint, cucumbers, celery, etc)
- restock liquor, beer, mixers, and syrups as needed
- clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment/ restock glassware from the dishwasher
- remove recycling full of empty bottles
- change and remove garbage
- remove bus tubs with dishes and bring them to the dishwashing area
- stock ice
- clean bars, work areas and tables
- put the chairs up on the bar and in the bar area
- other duties as directed
